Our April Focus is Fire Safety!
The law states that every staff member must attend one fire drill per year as a minimum. However, on induction, new starters must also be shown what to do in the event of the fire.

Your manager should plan your fire drill, ensuring all staff attend.
If you have more than one brand in the building, then you MUST do the fire drill together. You all have roles to play in evacuating the building. Working together is essential to make sure that it happens smoothly.
