Transport Focus have conducted their second annual large-scale survey on the experience of visitors to 111 of England’s motorway service areas.
9600 customers were surveyed with regards to overall satisfaction, aspects of visitor experience that contribute to that satisfaction and the effect of a motorway service area break on their mood.
Rivington North and South did exceptionally well, achieving 98 and 97% customer satisfaction respectively.
In terms of overall satisfaction by operator, Euro Garages placed higher than the majority of it’s competitors with an overall score of 97%, with 78% giving the highest possible rating of ‘very satisfied’.
